Causes of Gender Discrimination:

Discrimination in the behavioural manifestation of prejudice. Discrimination may be of several types based on race, economic standard, caste, religion and sex. Discrimination leads either positive or negative behaviour towards a particular group by another group not due to any genuine reason but because one belongs to a particular class, sex or community.

    Discrimination often happens because we make a conscious or unconscious assumption about a person’s needs or abilities based on their gender or we think that certain jobs or careers are specifically for men or better suited to women or we presume that women or men are incapable of doing certain tasks.

The problem with gender is that it prescribed how we should be, rather than recognizing how we are.

Embrace ourselves and flaunt it.

Gender Discrimination is the most tolerated violation of Human Rights on earth today. It is not a womans issue it is a human issue it affects us all and you may think that saying little comments won't be a big deal. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They  are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Every human want to be get respected from others without the discrimination of religion, cast, color, rich or poor and by gender.

In this generation many believe that gender bias no longer exist but in reality there still someone especially the students experience bullying, and discrimination because of their sexual orientation and gender identity.

   Pay attention to the ways that you form gender in your children's upbringing. Children learn gender at an early age from the people around them--little girls learn to play with dolls, while little boys play with trucks. Often, parents unwittingly encourage this type of gendered play, even going so far as to discourage their child from playing with a toy that is for the "other gender." Additionally, you may encourage a boy to be more active and a girl to play quietly. Watch your own actions and encourage your child to try all of the things that he may like.

People belittle the strength of others because of the gender. We should not tolerate them.

Gender discrimination can cause trouble or depression so think before you talk to others. We fairly made by God.
